0 = Event not asserted
1 = Diagnostic timer has expired
This event does not assert during the boot load sequence.
The BLTO will assert instead.

1 = Diagnostic history recorded the 8th event

1 = Master interface completed the diagnostic command

0 = Event not asserted
1 = Slave interface completed a write transaction to the
incoming mailbox

09 OMBR Outgoing Mailbox Read Event
0 = Event not asserted
1 = Slave interface completed a read transaction to the
outgoing mailbox when the OMB_FLAG was set
The event is asserted only if the mailbox was full.

1 = Transaction timer expired during a slave transaction
