4.5.3.9.3 BERT
The Bit Error Rate Tester (BERT) option, shown in Figure 265, allows the user to measure system performance. It
does this by comparing received data to a specified data pattern and counting the ratio of errored bits to total
received bits. The Browser provides the ability to set BERT parameters and access BERT status information.
