Using your other hand, remove the jammed envelopes.

If the jammed envelopes can not be removed, perform the following:

Hold the handle opened and push on the inside lever to unlock the base drawer.

Pull the Base drawer towards you.

Gently tilt the Base drawer on the left side and remove it.

Remove jammed envelopes.

Put the Base drawer back into place.

Release the jam release handle.
