Feature Overview

LED Display on the TopSoftkeys

Unlike the Forum IPhone 5040 SIP system telephone, the TopSoftkeys on the
Forum IPhone 5025/5030 SIP system telephones have LEDs that display the
current status of a programmed function or the occupied state of a line. The
colours of the TopSoftkeys shown on the display or the LED status have the
following meanings:

Lights
up red

●

Displayed on a trunk key or a busy key: The call
number programmed on this key is busy.

●

Displayed on a function key: The programmed
function is activated (e. g. Call protection is turned
on).

Flashes
red

●

Displayed on a trunk key or a busy key: The call
number programmed on this key is currently being
called.

●

Displayed on a function key with notification function:
There are new notifications (e. g. new Voicemail
message or Missed calls).

Off

●

Displayed on a trunk key or a busy key: The call
number programmed on this key is free.
