Using feature keys
Almost all features of the main menu can be assigned to your telephone’s
feature keys then called up by pressing the key or by switching the function on
or off (see chapter
Using the main menu

To access the main menu, your need to programme either a
Main menu
feature key or a
Status menu
feature key on your telephone. By using
these feature keys, you can call up the main menu if the telephone is in idle
state (see chapter

While using the menu, pay attention to the display. For information on
navigation in the Main menu, please refer to the chapter

You can close the main menu anytime with the
key. By using this key,
unsaved configuration changes may be lost.
“Calls” Menu Group
Call lists
: Displays the lists of missed and accepted calls. For the call lists,
please mind the following notes:
– The authorisations of your user group determine which calls are
recorded on your call lists. Your system administrator can specify
that internal calls, external calls, calls when busy, and calls from the
door be included on your call lists.
– The name is displayed instead of the call number in the call lists if
the caller is in the system phone book.
