Installing the windshield

Risk of material damage if the predetermined curing

time of the glue is not observed! In order to ensure

proper bonding, the following conditions have to be

met:

•

Do not put the vehicle into operation before
the end of the curing time!

•

Curing time: two hours

•

Temperature: at least 10 °C (50 °F)

•

Fixing time: about one hour

The glue material has an open time of 15 minutes. This

means that the glue should be applied and the part be

joined within this time.

To ensure complete mixing, squeeze an approx. 30
mm (1.2”) long adhesive bead of fresh material on a

piece of cardboard.

•

Check the depth stops.

•

Replace damaged or missing depth stops.

Prepare two-component glue for processing.
