• The r e may be times when MEP-7000 fails to o p e r ate pr o p e r ly as a r esult of static elect r icity o r some othe r fo r m of inte r fe r ence
f r om an outside sou r ce. If any such pr oblem occu r s, tu r n off the p owe r to the MEP-7000, wait fo r the cu rr ently inse r ted disc to
come to a full sto p , and then tu r n on the p owe r again to see if that fixes the pr oblem in question.
• This unit cannot p lay “ p a r tial” (unfinalized) CD-R/-RW, DVD-R/-RW, DVD+R/+RW, and DVD±R dual laye r media.
• Do not attem p t to p lay i rr egula r ly sha p ed o r othe r discs besides no r mal 12 cm r ound discs, since malfunction o r damage may
r esult.
• The BPM value measu r ed by MEP-7000 may diffe r f r om the BPM value r eco r ded on a CD o r f r om ou r DJ mixe r , but this diffe r ence
is a r esult of diffe r ences in the BPM value measu r ement method; not a r esult of a fault with the p laye r .
ABOUT THE LCD SCREEN
• Some LCD monito r s may dis p lay so-called “hot p ixels” o r “dead p ixels” (constantly b r ight p ixels o r p ixels that a r e p e r manently
off). This is a p henomenon cha r acte r istic of LCD dis p lays and is not conside r ed a malfunction.
• When used in cold r egions, the sc r een may a pp ea r da r k fo r a while afte r the p owe r is fi r st tu r ned on. As the unit wa r ms u p with
time, the sc r een will r etu r n to no r mal b r ightness.
• Avoid viewing the LCD sc r een in di r ect sunlight, since the light r eflected off the sc r een may make the image difficult to view.
ABOUT OEL (ORGANIC EL) SCREENS
• The two sc r eens (dis p lays A/B) may dis p lay slightly diffe r ent colo r cha r acte r istics, but this is not a malfunction.

• Disc r otation is automatically halted when no
o p e r ation is p e r fo r med fo r 100 minutes o r longe r
when in p ause mode.
• When the last t r ack on the disc is ove r the disc
sto p s r otating.
• P r ess the p lay/ p ause (  ) button to begin
p layback. Alte r natively, pr ess the
EJECT

button to eject the disc.
