Pionee r ’s pr io r w r itten consent. Any p u rp o r ted
assignment, t r ansfe r o r delegation by You will be null and
void. Subject to the fo r egoing, this Ag r eement will be
binding u p on and will inu r e to the benefit of the p a r ties
and thei r r es p ective successo r s and assigns.
6.5 Enti r e Ag r eement. This Ag r eement constitutes the enti r e
ag r eement between the p a r ties and su p e r sedes all pr io r
o r contem p o r aneous ag r eements o r r e pr esentations,
whethe r w r itten o r o r al, conce r ning its subject matte r .
This Ag r eement may not be modified o r amended without
Pionee r ’s pr io r and ex pr ess w r itten consent, and no othe r
act, document, usage o r custom will be deemed to amend
o r modify this Ag r eement.
6.6 You ag r ee that this Ag r eement shall be gove r ned and
const r ued by and unde r the laws of Ja p an.

NOTE
• Full functionality is not gua r anteed with all com p ute r s even
when the above o p e r ating envi r onment conditions a r e
fulfilled.
• Even if you r com p ute r is equi pp ed with the memo r y
ca p acity s p ecified in the o p e r ating envi r onment noted
above, othe r softwa r e and se r vices r unning in the com p ute r
at the time may cause insufficient memo r y that can r esult
