Installation 

Warning: Set DPM Reader to Safety Control Level 4 

1.  Secure the router to the mounting bracket using the two small M3x6 double 

washer screws 

2.  Re-connect cables: 

•

  The thin wire goes to GPS position. 

•

  Thick wire with male pin goes into the Antenna. 

•

  Thick wire with female socket goes to Wi-Fi. 

•

  Connect power connector. 

3.  Place router over top of din rail, push towards the

 bottom

 of the DPM Reader 

then push down onto the din rail. 

4.  Tighten end stop against the side of the router with a flat screwdriver. 

5.  Insert Sim card adapter. It should be inserted into SIM1 socket with the red 

header in the opposite direction to the SIM2 socket as shown below. Press Sim 
adapter in firmly and allow it to remain in the position it springs back to. 

6.  RTV the sim card adapter in place (see Figure 19). 

7.  RTV the connectors on the other side of the router and use thread locking 

compound on the RF connectors.
