Installation

Warning: Set DPM Reader to Safety Control Level 4

1. Insert the Pressure Relief valve through the bottom of the enclosure checking

there is a rubber washer under the head of the pressure relief valve and a black
plastic washer under the inside of the enclosure.

2. Secure Lock nut on the inside of the enclosure.

3. Apply Thread Locking compound to the lock nut.

Removal

Warning: Set DPM Reader to Safety Control Level 4

Refer to Figure 47.

1. Remove retainer from outside of enclosure using a Pinssar cyclone spanner

whilst holding the cyclone assembly from the inside with your hand.

2. Disconnect the black silicone hose from the cyclone fitting.

1. Insert the cyclone assembly into the enclosure from the inside of the DPM

Reader ensuring there is a gasket between the cyclone spacer ring and the
inside of the DPM Reader.
