1. Eligible service personnel
Access via the front access door to the DPM Reader DPMRA01.A is to only be made
by
a qualified technician who has completed PINSSAR organised instructional
training
on servicing, inspecting, maintenance, repair or diagnostic evaluation of the
DPM Reader DPMRA01.A and certified by Pinssar as having completed this training.
2. Tamper proof seal
To gain access to the unit, the tamper proof seal on the access door will need to be
broken. If you have had the instructional training, you will have been issued replacement
serial numbered tamper proof labels and a service register.
Reader warranty may be void if the tamper proof seal is found to be broken or the
unit has been accessed by anyone other than a Pinssar certified technician.
3. Service Register
Each approved and certified service technician will have a service register for each DPM
Reader
linked to the unit’s respective serial number. The serial number is clearly
displayed on the outside of the DPM Reader.
