If the clear silicon tube is damaged or appears to have cracks when pinched by hand,
please replace.
If there is suspicion that there is an air blockage in the air sampling air path (tube 4),
remove the silicon tube from the left hand slot and ensure the tube is not crimped and
blocking the air path. This may happen after a period of days or weeks of DPM Reader
inactivity.

Warning: Set DPM Reader to Safety Control Level 4
1. Unplug the connector from DPM Power Board. Refer to Figure 35, label V.
2. Referring to Figure 38 use an M5.5 socket remove the 2 nyloc nuts and
washers.
3. Remove hoses for pinch valve.

Warning: Set DPM Reader to Safety Control Level 4
1. Place pinch valve onto the studs.
2. Secure the pinch valve with new nyloc nuts and flat washers.
3. Insert hoses into pinch valve as per the below diagram.
4. Connect the connector into the pinch valve connector on the DPM Carrier
board.
5. RTV the connector on the DPM Carrier board.
