DO NOT open the DPM Reader to undertake these tests.
Operate the isolation switch to ensure the switch is working properly. Undertake the
following, depending on which switch needs to be tested.

HECK SWITCHES FOR PHYSICAL DAMAGE
Warning: Set DPM Reader to Safety Control Level 4
Inspect the switch body and handle for physical damage and assess whether they
should be replaced.
Check that the wire connections onto the respective input and output terminals, ensuring
the cables are not broken or damaged.

Warning: Set DPM Reader to Safety Control Level 4
Refer to Figure 22 - Isolation switch assembly diagram.
Before removing any of the cables from terminals on the switch, be sure to tag labels
onto each cable to remember which ports they should be plugged back onto.
Remove red switch handle on isolation switch by removing the fastening screw located
in the centre of the switch handle. Remove white script plate to access the body
fastening mounting screws.
Warning: The Isolation switch body mounting screws are self-tapping screws
which screw into the plastic body of the Isolation Switch. Avoid excessive
overtightening.
Refitting an isolation switch is the reverse process. Make sure cables are plugged into
the same terminals as marked.
