The LAN91C111 Ethernet controller provides 4 configuration inputs,
IOS0-IOS2 and ENEEP, to enable access to the serial EEPROM and
use predefined EEPROM configurations. The corresponding Jumpers
J505-J507 and J508 connect these inputs to GND level when closed.
