Downloading a file to your handheld

Palm Web Browser can download files such as text files, word processor 
documents, or pictures, as well as web pages. Downloading a file is much like 
visiting a web page.

To download a file by following a link from a web page:

1.

Tap the link.

When you download a Palm OS

®

 application (PRC) or Palm OS database (PDB), 

your handheld recognizes the file and installs it.

2.

If a warning message appears asking you to confirm the file you want to 
download, and the file is the one you want, press Function 

 + Enter 

,

 or 

tap OK.

3.

If the file has to be handed off to another application (such as Address Book), 
you see a dialog box that prompts you to accept the file transfer.
