Chapter 10: Cleanroom Option Considerations
For the robot end of the cable, line up the keys (1 large, 4 small) on the cable end with the
grooves in the connector, apply firm pressure straight in, and twist the locking ring a quarter
turn. You should hear and feel a click as it latches into place.
Refer to Cleanroom Technical Specifications on page 134 for the recommended vacuum flow
rate.
Air Lines and Signal Wiring
The Cleanroom robot is equipped with six air lines. The six lines, from Valve In input, are con-
trolled by the three internal solenoid valves. There are ten user electric lines. The air lines and
signal wiring are shown in the following figures and tables.
