when inserting the connector, this enables the auto-locking mechanism.

because this will unlock the connector.

Connect the DVI connector to an external monitor such as the Industrial Monitor and tighten
the fastening screws.
For an Industrial Panel PC this is optional because a monitor is integrated.

Connect a device to the optional interface (DVI or RS-232C) if applicable and tighten the fas-
tening screws.

Connect the USB ports to peripheral devices .

Connect the Panel PC to the required Ethernet interface connector(s).

The Panel PC is connected.
