Temperature
The temperature inside a control panel may be at least 10 to 15°C higher than outside the panel. Im-
plement the following measures against overheating at the installation site and in the control panel,
and allow a sufficient margin for the temperature.
Distance for Cooling
Adequate airflow around the Industrial Panel PC is required.
Additional Information
• The ambient temperature must be within the operating range.
Refer to 4-5-1 Operation Environment Specifications on page 4 - 25 for temperature specifi-
cations.
• Allow space to accommodate for the bending radius of the cables.
Refer to 2-9-4 DVI Cables on page 2 - 21 for DVI cable bending requirements
and to 2-9-5 USB Type-A to USB Type-B Cables on page 2 - 21 for USB cable bending re-
quirements.
Provide enough space for good air flow and ensure the following minimum distances are observed
around the sides of the Industrial Panel PC for landscape A and portrait B orientations.
