The paper feed roller
has reached the end of
its service life.
As a guide, the paper feed roller reaches its
service life after printing about 120,000 sheets
for Tray 1/2/3/4 and about 100,000 sheets for
the MP tray. Press the scroll buttons on the
operator panel several times to select
[Configuration] - [Paper Feed Roller Counter],
and check the roller usage of each tray and
replace the paper feed roller if the service life
has reached.

The paper jam with
error codes 392, 393
