Press the front cover open button on the side of this machine, open the front cover toward you,
and then close it firmly with your both hands.
The error cannot be cleared without opening and closing the front cover.
For the error code 390

If there is paper loaded in the MP tray, lift the paper placement cover and remove the paper.

Press the front cover open button on the side of this machine, and then open the front cover
toward you.

Pull out the jammed paper slowly by holding its front edge. If the front edge of the paper is not
visible, slowly pull the paper out by its rear edge.
