IPv4 Address Displays the IP address.
System Serial Number Indicates the serial number of the printer.
Asset Number Indicates the asset number of the printer.
Firmware
Version Indicates the version of firmware.
CU Version Indicates the firmware version of the Control
Unit (CU).
PU Version Indicates the firmware version of the Print Unit
(PU).
Panel Version Indicates the firmware version of the operator
panel.
RAM Indicates the total capacity of all RAMs installed
in this machine.
Flash Memory Indicates the total capacity of all flash
memories installed in this machine.
Date and Time Displays the current date and time.
Print Information
Item Description
Configuration Prints the configurations of the printer.
Network Prints the setup situation of the network.
File List Prints a list of files stored in the printer.
PS Font List
* Displayed only in B842.
Prints the PS font sample.
PCL Font List Prints the PCL font sample.
ESC/P Font List Prints the ESC/P font sample.
Usage Report Prints the printer usage report.
Supplies Report Prints the information like the remaining service life of consumables.
Error Log Prints the error log.
Job Log Prints the history of print data.
Displayed when [Admin Setup] - [Others Setup] - [Job Log Setup] -
[Save Job Log] is set to [Enable].

Shared Print ---Print All--- Displayed when the shared print data is available.
Prints all shared print data.
---Delete All--- Displayed when the shared print data is available.
Deletes all shared print data.
(Displays a list of
target files) Displayed when the shared print data is available. Select a file, input the
password, and start printing.
Private Print Please select a User Selects a user.
Enter Password Input the password for the selected user.
Search all the Private
Jobs? Selects whether to search for print data of all users or personal print
data (of the logged-in user).
---Print All--- Prints all confidential print data.
---Delete All--- Deletes all confidential print data.
(Displays a list of
target files) Displayed when the confidential print data is available. Select a file,
input the password, and start printing.
