Use the Océ TDS400 to Scan 67
Make a scan
To scan an original to file is an easy operation. If the settings (see ‘Settings to
scan’ on page 68) are correct, you must press the start button
on the scanner
operator panel.

How to make a scan

Place your original face-down, right aligned along the original guide.

Select the appropriate original type.

Press the ‘Output’ button to select ‘File’.

Select a Destination (see ‘Destinations’ on page 76).

Press the start button

The original is scanned.
Note:
Select auto-feed on/off, rewind original on/off, and release paper
on/off in the ‘scanner’ menu on the scanner panel (see ‘Menu structure Océ
TDS400 Scanner’ on page 72). When release paper is enabled, the original
will be fully released after it is scanned.

On the controller, Océ View Station starts, to show the result of the scan (see
figure 16).
