Selecting the HP-GL or HP-GL/2 command set

When you select the HP-GL data format (in manual or automatic mode), the
printer activates the

standard

HP-GL command set.

To switch to the HP-GL/2 format, you must use the

command. Otherwise,

the printer gives unpredictable results.
