To set the transparency mode

Press the ‘down’ arrow once to enter the menu.

Follow the flowchart path to get the data format (HPGL, HPGL/2,
CALCOMP)

Go to ‘transparency’.

Select ‘merge’ or ‘overlay’.

Press ‘enter’.
