Training Session 

To  start  training  as  part  of 

your  first  use  of  INVU  by  Nuvo™  press  the  “

PREPARE  FOR 

TRAINING

” button from your Home screen. 

 

If  the  app  is  disconnected  from  the  band,  “Turn  on  your  band”  screen  will  appear.  After 

pressing 

“POWER  ON”

  the  app  connects  to  the  registered  sensor  band  and  t

he  “Getting 

Ready” screen is shown. Pressing “

START PREPARATION

” presents the session preparation 

guidelines 

–

 see section 6.4.1. After following the guidelines and applying the INVU Sensor 

Band™, press “

START TRAINING SESSION

” on the “all set” screen to start the training session 

process.
