Stopping the Training Session
The training session is automatically stopped once it reaches the minimum number of
minutes with a good band signal. The training session can also be manually stopped at any
point.
Once successfully completed, the
“YOU DID IT!” screen will be shown. Pressing “
DONE
” will
return the user to the home screen with the updated number of the training sessions
performed. After completing all the training sessions, pressing done will return the user to
the home screen with the option to initiate a clinical monitoring session enabled.

If a good signal could not be obtained and following all the instructions did not improve the
band’s signal –
the “
Looks like you could use a hand
” screen with
customer support details
will be shown. Pressing “
Start chatting
” will
open a chat with the support team.
