Monitoring position
i.
Get into a comfortable position in a quiet spot. Try to find a distraction-free
spot where you can keep still during the session.
ii.
Make sure you're lying on your back, sitting up straight, or reclining.
iii.
Make sure all 4 front straps are still tight. Make sure your phone's Wi-Fi is
turned on (While Wi-Fi is best, cellular data also works if Wi-
Fi isn’t available).

Starting a session
The monitoring session process can start after following the preparation guidelines and
applying the INVU Sensor Band™. Press “
START MONITORING SESSION
”
to start the session
setup process.
