Vehicle preparation
Check the wheel pressure on the vehicle - adjust if necessary.
!
Sand on the vehicle tire considerably shortens the service life
of test rollers of test stands (grinding effect).
Check tires before test and clean them, if necessary.
!
The plastic roller coating of the test rollers is
not
suitable for
vehicle tires with studs.

Sequence of operations, vehicle in the roller set
Displays are called up by means of key
U
(62) (weight displays
only if the weighing device is used).
The default display is the separate indication of the static weight
for both wheels of an axle (in kN), example:
G: 70.5 68.9
Force due to weight:
After driving into the roller set, the force due to weight is taken
over only after abatement to < ± 3 %. —If the fluctuation has not
dropped below ± 3 % after 5 seconds, the display starts to flash
untul the measuring value ranges within the specified limits or is
taken over by the operator after 30 seconds (earliest time) by the
key
E
(60).
The activation of the motors is delayed (only automatic mode) until
the force due to weight was taken over by the computer.
Activation of motors
At the time of the activation of the motors, the selected axles
(1...8) and the selected braking system (SBS, PBS, AUBS) is
displayed, for instance:
ACHSE 1 BBA
Or if no axle is pre-selected:
