Using the Reply feature to reply to an external caller
You can reply to an external caller using the Reply feature if your company subscribes to a Caller
ID service and the skillset mailbox has an outdial method assigned to it. For how to assign an
outdial method to a skillset mailbox refer to
“Assigning an outdial method to a skillset mailbox” on
page 78
. Before you use the Reply feature you must play the message.
To reply to an external caller - Norstar Voice Mail
To reply to an external caller - CallPilot
