EcoFlex System Maintenance
You will need to purge the system of the previous detergent when switching to a different detergent.
Service Note:
Move the machine over a floor drain before purging because a small amount of
detergent will be dispensed in the process.
To Purge When Changing Detergents (the scrub system must be off)
1. Disconnect and remove the detergent bottles.
2.
Turn the key switch on and wait a few seconds for the start-up sequence to finish.
3. Press and hold the detergent switch
for approximately two seconds.
4. Release the switch when the detergent purge icon appears on the display and the detergent indicator
starts flashing.
Note:
Once activated, the purge process takes at least 10 seconds. Normally one purge cycle is
adequate to purge the system.
To Purge Weekly (the scrub system must be off)
1. Disconnect and remove the detergent bottles.
2.
Install and connect bottles filled with clean hot water.
3.
Turn the key switch on and wait a few seconds for the start-up sequence to finish.
4. Press and hold the detergent switch
for approximately two seconds.
5.
Release the switch when the detergent purge icon appears on the display and the detergent indicator
starts flashing.
Note:

adequate to purge the system.
