PARAMETER SETTINGS AND MAINTENANCE: Parameter Settings
(1*) 4. FOG MODE
●
KM (KM measurement)
7. AXIS CORRECTION
(Axis compensation)
YES / NO
Sets whether to detect the main body’s inclination by the sensor to perform
automatic axis correction using the level position (0º) as the reference.
The axis correction function is disabled in supine position mode.
8. MEAS. MODE
(Measurement mode)
NORMAL / QUICK
Sets the default measurement mode when the device is turned on.

11. KM UNIT
(Display unit of corneal curva-
ture radius)
mm / D
Selects the display unit of the corneal curvature radius for KM measurement
from “corneal curvature radius (mm)” or “corneal refractive power (D)”.
* “D” is the factory setting of devices destined for NIDEK INCORPORATED.
12. KM DISPLAY
(Corneal curvature radius mea-
surement display)
R1,R2 / AVG, CYL
Selects the measurement display from “R1 (flattest meridian) and R2
(steepest meridian)” or “AVG (averages of R1 and R2) and CYL (corneal
cylindrical power)”.
13. REF. INDEX
(Corneal refractive index)
1.3380 / 1.3375 / 1.3360 / 1.3320 / 1.3315
Selects the corneal refractive index.
14. KM CONTINUE
(KM successive measurement)
3 to 10
Sets the number of measurements to complete the KM measurement cycle.
15. KM STEP
(Corneal refractive power
increments)
0.12D / 0.25D
Selects the display increments of corneal refractive power (dioptric power
converted from corneal curvature radius) for KM measurement.
