Connecting the Main Body and Station
There are three methods to connect the main body and the station.
•
Connection by cable
•
Connection by infrared (wireless)
•
Connection by wireless LAN

Connection by cable

Connect the straight plug of the connection cable (2 m) to the connection cable port
of the main body.

Connect the L-plug to the connection cable port of the station.

For the printer-equipped model, set the
“CABLE”.
CAUTION
• Check the plug orientation before connecting the cable. Do not connect it with excessive force.
• During measurement, make sure that the main body does not pull on the station by the connection
cable.
Accidental dropping of the station may result in injury or malfunction.
• Never drag or apply excessive force to the connection cable.
Cable breakage may result.
• Even though power is supplied to the main body by the connection cable, the battery pack inserted in
the main body is not charged. To charge the battery pack, place the main body on the station.
