Basic Operations
PC Printing Operations
1 Create documents with a application
software and execute printing.
Printing begins.
For information on how to print with
applications software, refer to opera-
tion manual of each application soft-
ware.
When printing, confirm that the
machine is specified as the printer for
output.
Open the printer driver setting screen
as needed and set printing functions.
You can print the documents created in a PC.
Before Starting
Operations ●
To print, the printer driver must be installed on PC beforehand.
Refer to
"Installing the Printer Driver/Fax Driver" on page 1-51 .

To use the PC printing function, you must set the IP Address, etc. to the machine
beforehand. Refer to
"Network Configuration" on page 1-40 .

For the details of the PC printing function and registration/settings to be required, refer
