The Subnet Mask is configured from network section and the host section.
When setting the Subnet Mask, use the values of the following table for the network sec-
tion of the Subnet Mask, according to the IP address value.
Also, set the values for the host section of the Subnet Mask according to the network
used.
For example, if using "192.168.100.200" as the IP address, "192" indicates the IP address
head value.
If you set a subnet mask deviating from this rule, a communication error may
result, and you may not be able to communicate. However, if a network is con-
structed by using local addresses, it may not correspond to this.
