Activity Report Specify [ON] or [OFF] for the result notification in case the Internet Fax (E-mail) transmis-
sion fails.

RX Doc. Header Print Specify [ON] or [OFF] for printing a mail header when printing received documents of Inter-
net Fax (E-mail).

E-Mail Header Text Specify [ON] or [OFF] for inserting text describing the TIFF file that is attached when trans-
mitting Internet Fax (E-mail) or TX to E-mail / Scan to E-mail.

Subject Registration Specify the subject when sending Internet Fax (E-mail) or TX to E-mail / Scan to E-mail.
Division Settings Specify [ON] or [OFF] for the function of divided sending when sending TX to E-mail / Scan
to E-mail.
* This may not work depending on the recipient E-mail software.
The interval between mail transmissions for E-mail division can be set by the software
switch.
Gateway TX Specify [YES] to use as Internet Fax (IP Relay) relay station, and specify [NO] not to use
as Internet Fax (IP Relay) relay station.
IP Relay Settings
IP Relay Station Registration Register the destination of the IP relay.
Relay Result Port Specify the port to receive a transmission result of the IP relay.
RAW Port Number Settings
RAW Port Number Settings Set the RAW Port Number for using TCP printing.
