Account and Account Track Mode
1 Select account.
When users (accounts) are registered in advance, you can prevent unauthorized use of the machine.

Use the Account Track Mode to manage the status of use for each account. Setting
passwords can prevent unauthorized use of the machine.

If the following operations are carried out, Account Track Mode is automatically cleared
(logout).
Auto Reset was performed.
Low Power Mode is ON.
Sleep Mode is ON.
LCD Back-Light is OFF.
Auxiliary Power Switch was turned OFF.
Logout from Administrator Mode of MFP Agent.
Interrupt an operation is ON or OFF.
