Secure the device to the bracket with the four screws, two to a side, that come
with the device (see Figure 3-28).

Connect the drive cables.

Replace the desktop 3 1/2-inch drive bracket (see Replacing the Desktop
3 1/2-Inch Drive Bracket).
Removing the Desktop Front Panel
Remove the desktop front panel only if installing a 5 1/4-inch device. The front panel does
not need to be removed if installing a 3 1/2-inch hard disk drive.
If installing a 3 1/2-inch hard disk drive, see Installing the Desktop 3 1/2-Inch Drive.

Remove the system unit cover as previously described.
2.
Remove the front panel by releasing the four tabs from the back of the front panel
(see Figure 3-29).
