(2)  Beep code

 

If POST detects a problem and is unable to display the error message, the beep code sounds instead of 
displaying the message. 

A beep code is a series of short beeps separated by pauses. For example, "1-3-3-1"  indicates  one  beep, a 
pause, three beeps, a pause, three beeps, a pause, and one beep. 

 

The table below shows the beep code, cause, and solution.
