FBD CH(x) Unc Err
An uncorrectable error occurred on memory board in the following location.
(x):
Memory board that contains the failed DIMM.
1: Memory board A
2: Memory board B
3: Memory board C
4: Memory board D
1. Reboot (reset) the server.
2. Turn off the DC power of the server, and disconnect the AC power cord.
Then, connect the AC power cord again, and reboot the server.
3. Check installation status of the failed DIMM.
4. Replace the failed DIMMs.
If the same error persists, contact your service representative.
FSB (x) Unc Err
An uncorrectable error occurred in internal component of processor (x) or in
external bus.
1. Reboot (reset) the server.
2. Turn off the DC power of the server, and disconnect the AC power cord.
Then, connect the AC power cord again, and reboot the server.
If the same error persists, contact your service representative.
I/O Unc Err (x)
An uncorrectable error occurred in internal circuit of I/O interface.
1.
Reboot (reset) the server.
2.
Turn off the DC power of the server, and disconnect the AC power
cord. Then, connect the AC power cord again, and reboot the server.
If the same error persists, contact your service representative.
SB Unc Err(x)
An uncorrectable error occurred in SAS riser board.
1. Reboot (reset) the server.
2. Turn off the DC power of the server, and disconnect the AC power cord.
Then, connect the AC power cord again, and reboot the server.
3. Check cable connection between SAS riser board.
4. Check installation status of the SAS riser board.
If the same error persists, contact your service representative.
