2-8 General Description
STATUS Lamp (
)
The STATUS lamp goes on green while the EcoPowerGateway works normally. If the STATUS
lamp blinks amber, it indicates that the EcoPowerGateway is in abnormal state. You can view the
detailed error information on virtual LCD while the STATUS lamp is blinking amber. You can
access the virtual LCD through the Web browser of NEC EXPRESSSCOPE Engine 2 (BMC) or
NEC ESMPRO Manager. See Chapter 6 for indications on virtual LCD, their meanings, and actions
to be taken.
Contact your service representative when an error occurs on your EcoPowerGateway.

Maintenance Lamp
The Maintenance lamp goes on while the maintenance card installed in the EcoPowerGateway is
powered on. It goes off when the maintenance card is off-powered.
