6-12 Troubleshooting
When STATUS lamp is lighting in amber:

BB Temp2 Alm 02 A low temperature alarm
is detected in base board.
BB Temp2 Alm 09 A high temperature alarm
is detected in base board.
BB Temp1 Alm 02 A low temperature alarm
is detected in base board.
BB Temp1 Alm 09 A high temperature alarm
is detected in base board.
1. Check if dust or stain is adhered to the fan of
the power unit or not.
2. Check if blank cover is surely installed in the
slot which does not contain any power unit.
3. Check the ambient temperature of
installation location.
4. Take one of the following measures to reboot
(reset) the maintenance card.
* Press
Ctrl + Alt + Del .
* Issue a command from Web browser of
EXPRESSSCOPE Engine 2 or NEC
ESMPRO Manager.
5. Take one of the following measures to power
off the maintenance card and then on.
* Press the Maintenance switch to power off
the maintenance card, then press it again
to power on.
* Issue a command from Web browser of
EXPRESSSCOPE Engine 2 or NEC
ESMPRO Manager.
6. Power off the maintenance card by pressing
the Maintenance switch.
Press the POWER switch of
EcoPowerGateway to turn off the power,
then turn it on. Then, press the Maintenance
switch to turn on the maintenance card.
7. If the same error persists, contact your
service representative.
VBAT Alm 02 A voltage alarm (lower
limit) occurred on lithium
battery.
VBAT Alm 09 A voltage alarm (upper
limit) occurred on lithium
battery.
1. Take one of the following measures to power
off the maintenance card and then on.
* Press the Maintenance switch to power off
the maintenance card, then press it again
to power on.
* Issue a command from Web browser of
EXPRESSSCOPE Engine 2 or NEC
ESMPRO Manager.
2. If the same error persists, contact your
service representative.
