SYSTEM BIOS ~ SETUP ~
The SETUP utility is provided to make basic configuration for the maintenance card of
EcoPowerGateway. This utility is pre-installed in the flash memory on the maintenance card of
EcoPowerGateway and ready to run.
The Maintenance card is configured with the correct parameters using the SETUP utility and
shipped in the best conditions. Thus, you do not need to use the SETUP utility in most cases.
However, you might wish to use the SETUP utility in the cases described below.
IMPORTANT:
The SETUP utility is intended for system administrator use only.
The SETUP utility allows you to set a password. The Maintenance
card is provided with two levels of password: Supervisor and User.
With the Supervisor password, you can view and change all system
parameters of the SETUP utility. With the User password, system
parameters available for viewing and changing are limited.
The Maintenance card contains the latest version of the SETUP
utility. Dialog boxes appear on your SETUP utility, thus, may differ
from descriptions in this manual. If you find anything unclear, see
the online help or ask your service representative.
