Operating your Motion Concepts Power Positioning System safely depends upon your diligence in following
the warnings, cautions and information provided in this User Manual. Setting up and operating the system
safely also depends on your own good judgement and common sense, as well as that of your provider,
caregiver and/or health professional.
DANGER!
Danger indicates an imminently hazardous situation which, if not avoided, could result in
death or serious injury.
WARNING!
Warning indicates a potentially hazardous situation which, if not avoided, could result in death
or serious injury.
CAUTION!
Caution indicates a potentially hazardous situation which, if not avoided, may result in property
damage or minor injury or both.
IMPORTANT!
Indicates important information regarding the operation of your power positioning system, or a
hazardous situation that that could result in damage to property if not avoided, or both.
NOTE:
This symbol identifies general information which is intended to simplify working with your
product and/or recommendations for efficient trouble free use.
Requirements:
This symbol identifies a list of various tools, components and items which you will need in
order to carry out certain work.
