Communication Speed Setting Function
This function sets the communication speed.
Setting method
The communication speed can be set with the parameter. For details, refer to the following.

Operating status
A communication speed at which the safety remote I/O module is operating can be checked with the remote register. For

Precautions
• Depending on the communication speed, the communication cycle range that can be set changes. For details, refer to the
following.


• For the system configuration for using a remote station that operates at a communication speed of 100Mbps, refer to the
following.

User's manual for the master station used
• When devices with different communication speeds from each other are connected to PORTs (such as a device with 1Gbps
being connected to P1 and 100Mbps being connected to P2), only a device with the communication speed that matches a
set value of the parameter links up. When a set value of the parameter is "automatic", only a device that starts up faster
links up.
• Although a device with a communication speed different from a set value of the parameter also links up when connected to
a PORT, a communication speed not matched (error code: D026H) occurs.
