INTRODUCTION
Thank you for purchasing the CC-Link IE TSN remote I/O module (with safety functions) (hereinafter referred to as safety
remote I/O module).
This manual describes the procedures, system configuration, parameter settings, functions, and troubleshooting of the
relevant products listed below.
Before using this product, please read this manual and the relevant manuals carefully and develop familiarity with the
functions and performance of the safety remote I/O module to handle the product correctly.
When applying the program examples introduced in this manual to an actual system, ensure the applicability and confirm that
it will not cause system control problems.

Unless otherwise specified, this manual describes the examples in which the safety remote I/O signals,
remote control/monitor signals, and remote registers are assigned for a safety remote I/O module as follows.
• Safety remote inputs: SA\X0 to SA\X1F
• Safety remote outputs: SA\Y0 to SA\Y1F
• Remote control/monitor signals: RX0 to RXF, RY0 to RYF
• Remote registers: RWr0 to RWr3, RWw0 to RWw3
