• Pressing the Start key will automatically
start a memory check sequence. As
soon as the sequence is completed, the
result of the check will be displayed.
• If the check result is NG, check the mem-
ory for proper connection or change it.
<Rough Check>
A check is made to see if the image data
reading and writing are correctly made in a
very limited area.
<Detail Check>
A check is made to see if the image data
reading and writing are correctly made at
the addresses and buses in all areas.
The progress of the check sequence is dis-
played in percentage.

Check To check whether
compression and
decompression are
carried out prop-
erly.
If the copy image
is faulty.
• Pressing the Start key will automatically
start to complete a compression/decom-
pression check sequence.
• The check result will be displayed, “OK”
or “NG”.

Bus Check To check to see if

rectly transferred
from IR to memory,
and from memory
to printer.
If the copy image
is faulty.
• Select either “IR

Memory,” “Memory

PRT,” or both.
• Pressing the Start key will start the mem-
ory bus check and be terminated auto-
matically.
• The check result will be displayed, “OK”
or “NG”.

rectly performed.

• Select either “Input Check,” “Output
Check,” or both.
• Pressing the Start key will start the work
memory input/output operation check
sequence and be terminated automati-
cally.
• The check result will be displayed, “OK”
or “NG”.
