CM System User’s Manual

Functional Description

Each side of a protected signal processing shelf has its own power supply. The regulated
voltages are low to minimize power consumption. The unit accepts positive or negative
primary voltage from -20 to -60 Vdc or +20 to +60 Vdc.

For proper operation, each output voltage must have a minimum of 25% of maximum
load. Figure 3-6-2 shows a block diagram of the SP PSU.
