The Basic Link monitors the following 120 VAC circuits:

Percent Timer
x
Accessory
x
Forward
The Basic link determines whether or not the systems safety circuit is complete
by monitoring the percent timer. If safety is broken there will not be a 120 VAC
signal from the percent timer. The direction of the machine is determined by
monitoring the voltage of the Forward wire. If 120 VAC is present from the
Percent Timer and the Forward wire is low then the Basic Link knows the system
is running in reverse.
Basic Link Connections
The 10 pin connector J1 is used for connecting the Basic Link to its control panel.
The pre-assembled 13-8553-0 Basic Link Cable assembly that connects the
Basic Link to the FieldNET RTU plugs into J2. The DC power supply (part of the
Basic Link assembly) is connected to the Basic Link circuit board though
connector J3.
