CONNECTION TO THE POWER SUPPLY
ATTENTION !
The cooker shall be earthed !
The manufacturer assumes no liability for injuries and/or
damages caused by non-compliance with of this
requirement. Electrical safety of the cooker is granted only
provided that it is correctly connected to a properly earthed
power supply system.
Make sure that the electrical cabling to the point where the
cooker will be connected is adequate to support the required
power consumption.
The electrical connection shall be a permanent direct
connection in compliance with applicable national
regulations for electrical plants of a similar voltage.
The cookers bearing the marks SE 6013, SE 5613, SV 6013, SV 5613, SE 5604 and SV 5604
are factory-prepared for connection to single phase 230 V ~ power supply (Figure 33).
The cookers bearing the marks SE 6040, SE 5640, SV 6040, SV 5640, SE 6022, SE 5622, SV
6022 and SV 5622 are factory-prepared for connection to three phase 400 V ~ (Figure 34-1)
power supply, but the connection to two-phase (Figure 34-2) and single-phase (Figure 34-3)
power supply is also possible as shown in the Table 8, subject to restrictions in respect of
simultaneous operation of all power consuming components of the cooker (heating plates or
zones and the oven).
