11.1 Distance Setting-Out Measurement

The point can be found based on the horizontal angle from the reference direction and the distance
from the instrument station.
· From the menu mode, selecting “2. Set-Out” also can perform setting-out measurement.

1) Choose “2. Set-Out” from Menu mode, the
following screen will be shown.

2) After set Station Point and Backsight Point,
choose “2.Set-Out”. Move the cursor to Distance
and Angle column, input Setout distance and angle,
then press OK. (If there is no known point, station
point coordinate could be set to 0 or don‟t set it. Use
angle to set back sight point.)
